My name is Regina Deck. I am the owner and CEO of Sugar N Spice In Home Care. I'm a nurse with 6 years of experience in the ICU and ER and have been in the medical field for almost 20 years. My husband and I have lived in Flagstaff for 23 years where we've raised our 4 children and now enjoy our 3 grandchildren. The Sugar N Spice care company was created in 20l6 and took off quickly serving the growing needs of the Flagstaff. We are now expanding to the Sedona area as well.
This picture features my beautiful Grandmother. She recently passed at the age of 97. She was one of the most influential people in my life and the reason for my heart and passion towards seniors. I understand their vulnerability, concerns, needs for independence, and someone who reminds them to laugh and enjoy life. I am very particular with the caregivers in my company. I take personal responsibility in placing genuine caring, nurturing, safe, honest caregivers in your home or with your loved one. Our motto is to care for your loved one as if they were our own.

Hello, there! My name is Phoebe, and I am the scheduler for all caregivers and clients! My husband and myself, along with our 3 children, love spending time outdoors playing at the park, hiking or biking local trails, camping, and skiing! I have a BS in biochemistry and absolutely love baking and decorating birthday cakes for my friends and family!

Hello! I am Melinda. My job is to ensure we are meeting our clients’ every need and that they are, in fact, happy! I am first boots on the ground with new clients, and I show our caregivers how each client likes to be cared for. At the end of the day, I go home to my wonderful husband, our two teenagers, and our sweet puppy dog. My roots run deep in the Midwest (Indiana born, transplant to Minnesota) and I absolutely LOVE March Madness!

My name is Tamye and I am one of the nurses on staff with SNS. I have been an LPN for over 20 years and my experience ranges from OB/infertility to home health/hospice. I have three adult children and EIGHT beautiful grandchildren who are my entire world! My husband, Travis, and I enjoying camping, football, and are huge NASCAR fans!
